PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator and a rotor of a three-phase brushless motor having high assemblability and quality.;SOLUTION: A stator 40 of a three-phase brushless motor includes segments 10 in which a plurality of bobbins 11 are connected by crosslinking parts 15. Same phase coils are wound around the bobbins 11 connected by the crosslinked parts 15, and a terminal 16 is erected in the bobbin 11 located at both ends of the segment 10. Moreover, a winding start wire and a winding-end wire of a coil are connected to the terminal 16, respectively. The number of segments 10 is in multiples of 3.
