PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a doctor or squeegee capable of suppressing printing failure due to ink adhesion to the doctor or squeegee provided in a printer and improving ink use efficiency, and a gravure offset printer having the same.;SOLUTION: A cleaning device which scrapes off ink having adhered to the tip of a doctor or squeegee provided in a printer comprises: two plate-like members arranged so as to face each other; and a movement mechanism which scrapes off the ink while moving the plate-like members in the axial direction of the doctor or squeegee in the state where the plate-like members hold the doctor or squeegee.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
