PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an Al-Si alloy casting having a high Si content ratio, which has high corrosion resistance and excellent filiform corrosion resistance particularly after forming a coating film; and a method for manufacturing the Al-Si alloy casting.;SOLUTION: An Al-Si alloy casting has a composition made up of 9.0-11.8 mass% of Si, 0.20-0.45 mass% of Mg, 0.1-1.5 mass% of a total amount of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, and Ti, and the rest that is Al and inevitable impurities. The Al-Si alloy casting has excellent corrosion resistance in which a light emitting area ratio by a fluorescent flaw detection of surface is 50% or less, and an amount of detection of Fe by a surface analysis is 200 mg/m2 or less.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
