IMPROPER COMPONENT USE PREVENTION SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improper component use prevention system for a construction machine such that an improper component is prevented from being used as a replaceable component of the construction machine, constitution is simple, and manufacturing costs for the construction machine are suppressed from increasing.;SOLUTION: An improper component use prevention system 36 includes: input means 34b for inputting a component ID attached to a replaceable component; operation control means 38 of controlling an operation of the construction machine on the basis of the component ID input by the input means 34b; and a data server 40 which is connected to the operation control means 38 through a wireless communication network and where a plurality of unused component IDs are registered. Once the component ID is input by the input means 34b, the operation control means 38 communicates with the data server 40 to check the input component ID so as to find whether the input component ID matches one of the unused component IDs, and limits the operation of the construction machine when no match is obtained.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
