PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for rock bolt fixation material which is reduced in water pollution, although being a foaming type, and has sufficient strength, long-term durability and a sufficient strength development rate and a rock bold fixation material consisting of the composition hardened.SOLUTION: A composition for a rock bolt fixation material to be installed in surrounding natural ground after tunnel excavation consists of ingredient (A) comprising a polyol, an amine compound and water (c) and ingredient (B) containing an isocyanate compound. The polyol contains a polyether polyol (a1); the amine compound contains an amine compound (b1) having a primary or secondary amino group; and the content of water (c) is 0.3-2.5 pts. mass relative to 100 pts. mass of ingredient (A).
