PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a security measure implementation place where effective operation protection is enabled in an object system.;SOLUTION: A security measure support device 10 includes: an external storage device 200 that has stored attribute information on subsystems for performing respective operations in an object system; and a computing device 300 that performs a process to determine a risk level of each subsystem per operation by applying the attribute information on each subsystem of each operation to prescribed algorithm, a process to determine the importance of the operation by applying the determined risk level or the attribute information to prescribed algorithm, a process to calculate the number of operations related to each subsystem on the basis of the attribute information, and a process to calculate implementation priority of a security measure for each subsystem on the basis of the importance of each subsystem and the magnitude of the number of operations, and to output information on the implementation priority to a prescribed device.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
