PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe clearance adjustment structure for a vehicular drum brake which makes it possible to easily and surely release an engagement between an adjuster lever and an adjuster wheel, thereby improving manual adjustment operation efficiency.SOLUTION: An adjustment hole 3d is formed in a back plate 3. An adjustment member 21 is inserted from the adjustment hole 3d and a front end portion 21a of the adjustment member 21 is engaged with an adjuster lever 18. When the adjustment member 21 is rotated by using an edge portion 3e of the adjustment hole 3d as a fulcrum, the adjustment member 21 moves the adjuster lever 18 in a direction away from the adjuster wheel 17 and in a direction to approach the back plate 3.
