PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand prediction device capable of predicting a hydrogen demand at a hydrogen station, a demand prediction method, a demand prediction program and a demand management system.SOLUTION: The demand prediction device of an embodiment includes an information acquisition section, a fuel residual amount estimation section, a fuel supply determination section and a hydrogen demand estimation section. The fuel supply determination section calculates, for each combination of a hydrogen station installed in a prediction object area and a fuel cell automobile, the probability of supplying fuel to the fuel cell automobile at the hydrogen station and an amount of fuel to be supplied on the basis of a residual fuel amount held by the fuel cell automobile and a distance to the hydrogen station. The hydrogen demand estimation section calculates, for each hydrogen station, the number of fuel cell automobiles visiting the hydrogen station to supply fuel and an expected value of an amount of fuel to be supplied on the basis of the probability and the fuel amount calculated by the fuel supply determination section and outputs the number of fuel cell automobiles and the expected value of fuel amount calculated as control information to control facilities at the hydrogen station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
