PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic invoice creation device, an automatic invoice creation method, and an automatic invoice creation program capable of automatically creating an invoice while confirming an input and the creation state of various documents by allocating fees for every work according to a work form such as cargo transportation, a physical distribution warehouse or loading work relating to export/import.;SOLUTION: An automatic invoice creation device includes a control unit 102 and a storage unit 106. The control unit 102 includes an order acceptance data acquisition part 102a for acquiring order acceptance data of work relating to export/import by an order acceptance number unit, a progress state updating part 102b for updating the progress state of work according to a work form by an order acceptance number unit, and an invoice creation part 102d for creating invoice data by an order acceptance number unit.
