PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a secondary business form in the same business form style as that of a primary business form according to predetermined conditions every time when an original business form is registered as the primary business form.;SOLUTION: A client PC 31 transmits to a business form server 1 a request of generating a name identification business form according to conditions input with respect to a displayed electronic business form (steps S100 to S116). The business form server 1 generates the name identification business form on the basis of the transmitted conditions to display it in the client PC (steps S118 to S126), stores the conditions in the business form server 1 itself (steps S128 to S152), and then automatically generates the name identification business form according to the conditions stored in itself when the electronic business form of a new generation is registered in the business form server.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
