PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Si3 N4 ceramic less in heat releasing property and excellent in abrasion resistance at high temperature, a tip exchange type cutting tip and an end mill containing the same and a roll for plastic processing.;SOLUTION: In a Si3 N4 ceramic, WO3 of 1 mass% to 7.9 mass% is blended with a raw material powder, set in a carbon case and filled in a vacuum sintering furnace using a carbon heater and sintered under nitrogen atmosphere. WO3 is reduced and carbonated to W, W2C and WC by sintering, and a cutting tool for Inconel processing excellent in durability can be made by setting W2C at 50 mass% in the same, W2C amount in the sintered body at 0.44 mass% to 3.85 mass%.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
