PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stave cooler arrangement structure of a blast furnace, capable of extending body life of a stave cooler, and a blast furnace.;SOLUTION: A stave cooler arrangement structure A is configured so that plural stave coolers 10 comprising a cooling channel in which a coolant is circulated, in a stave body, respectively, are arranged along an inner peripheral face of the blast furnace body.
