PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin client system comfortably operable even when a physical distance is large between a client terminal and a server housing a user environment or QoS of NW is low therebetween.;SOLUTION: At each regional point 1, a plural-point support connection broker 6 having a point selection algorithm for selecting the nearest point of a client terminal 3 on the basis of latency between the IP address of the client terminal 3 or the client terminal 3 and the regional point 1 is provided, a user environment 7 is transferred to the nearest regional point 1 in association with the selected nearest regional point, the redirect function part of the regional point 1 of a transfer destination is presented as a connection point to the transferred user environment 7 to the client terminal 3, and the redirect function part maps a connection request from the client terminal 3 on the user environment 7.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
