PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network function management device capable of constructing a network environment fulfilling the requirements of desired communication quantity under the consideration of a relation between the control rule and processing capability of relay equipment on a network.;SOLUTION: A network function management device includes: control category classification means for acquiring a control rule indicating the processing of at least one relay equipment, and for classifying the acquired control rules for each control category with the classification of the input/output of a communication packet and the control processing of the control rule as a classification reference; and state equation generation means for acquiring a monitor log including at least one monitor item related to the relay equipment to be monitored, and for estimating a state equation indicating a relation between monitor items related to the relay equipment on the basis of the control categories classified by the control category classification means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
