PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaked water volume estimation device and a leaked water volume estimation program capable of accurately estimating a leaked water volume at each node.SOLUTION: A leaked water estimation device has an acquisition section and a derivation section. The acquisition section acquires: a water volume flowing into a water pipe conduit network including a plurality of nodes; water pressure at respective nodes; and water consumption thereat. The derivation section derives: flow rates in respective pipe conduits of the water pipe conduit network on the basis of information acquired by the acquisition section and a fluid motion equation taking into consideration a connection relation between the nodes; and a leaked water volume at the node on the basis of the flow rates in the respective pipe conduits and equations for conservation of mass at the respective nodes.
