PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation system and the like that can provide highly reliable answers as to detailed commodity purchasing behaviors.;SOLUTION: A user answers to an in-store questionnaire during selection of commodities, and transmits the answer to a questionnaire server 6 from a user terminal 7. The user receives a receipt 8 at the purchase of commodities, and transmits a receipt image photographed with a camera 76 in the user terminal 7 to a questionnaire management server 2. The user further answers to a questionnaire after the purchase, and transmits the answer to the questionnaire server 6. The questionnaire management server 2 reads a receipt issuance time 83 and the names of commodities 84 from the receipt image, performs determination as to whether or not a subject of questionnaire investigation is included in the names of the commodities 84, determination as to whether or not the receipt issuance time 83 is within a predetermined time limit from an in-store questionnaire answer time 4011, and determination as to whether or not a post-purchase questionnaire answer time 4012 is within a predetermined time limit from the receipt issuance time 83, and records the questionnaires according to results.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
