PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running environment risk determination device and a running environment risk notification device for determining a risk in light of more factors when a driver drives an own vehicle.SOLUTION: A running environment risk determination device 10 of the present invention comprises: driver state acquisition means 26; other vehicle state acquisition means 28; running environment acquisition means 30; and risk determination means 32. A general function of the running environment risk determination device 10 is to determine the risk of an environment surrounding a vehicle driven by a driver on the basis of information input from a front camera 14 and the like to be described later.
