PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclusion acid, a preparation method of the inclusion acid, and a chewing gum containing the inclusion acid.SOLUTION: Delayed discharge of a food grade acid in a chewing gum is obtained by enclosing the food grade acid into a specific amount of poly(vinyl acetate) and a fatty acid salt. A preparation method of a chewing gum composition includes steps for: forming an inclusion food grade acid by melting and blending 30-90 wt% poly(vinyl acetate), the 5-20 wt% fatty acid salt and the 5-50 wt% food grade acid (in the case, the total wt% is based on the total weight of the inclusion food grade acid); and forming the chewing gum composition by melting and blending a gum basis, a sweetener and the inclusion food grade acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
