PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heliostat, a sunlight collection system and a control method of the sunlight collection system, capable of accurately performing setting of a reference position of a reflection device the heliostat has, in installation of the heliostat.SOLUTION: A heliostat 1 is arranged around a light collection part, and includes: a reflection device 2 reflecting sunlight; an inclination device 3 adjusting an elevation angle of the reflection device 2; a swing device 4 adjusting an azimuth angle of the reflection device 2; an imaging device 5 imaging an image; and a control device 100 controlling the inclination device 3 and the swing device 4 and controlling the direction of the reflection device 2, on the basis of a sun position image and a light collection portion position image imaged by the imaging device 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
