PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to find a partner who is really suitable to him/her and enjoy a chat when chatting with a stranger.SOLUTION: A conversation partner matching device comprises: a message information presentation part 102 which presents message information posted by a plurality of users as a list; a selected information acquisition part 103 which acquires message information selected by users from the list; a first matching part 104 which matches two users who select the message information of each other and performs setting to start a chat; and a second matching part 109 which permits continuation of the chat when application information for applying for continuation of the chat is received from both users, allows two users who are strange to each other and select each other with their intentions to start a chat, and allows the users to continue the chat only when both users hope to continue the chat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
