PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel covalent bond crosslinked polymer/film where a covalent bond crosslinked polymer (blend) component is sufficiently compatible to an ion conductive polymer (blend) component.SOLUTION: There is provided a covalent bond crosslinked polymer or a polymer film consisting of one or a plurality of polymers, which can have following functional groups:(M=halogen, OR, NR; R=alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, aryl;(Me=H, Li, Na, K, Cs or other metal cation or ammonium ion): a) a precursor for a cation exchange group: SOM and/or POMand/or COM, b)sulfinate group SOMe and is crosslinked by reacting with following organic compounds: a) sulfinate group SOMe and/or b) one (halogen) with sulfinate group SOMe and other (-NHR) with SOM- group, and/or c) with sulfinate group SOMe.
