PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a body adjustment method for making a skeleton correction and a skeleton adjustment of the skull which prevents the skeleton situation from returning to the original one after a correction or an adjustment when the skeleton correction and the skeleton adjustment of the spine, the pelvis and the rib cage is done; and a body adjustment method for making a skeleton correction and a skeleton adjustment of the skull which can thoroughly improve the body condition when it is improved.SOLUTION: The body adjustment method is characterized by doing a skeleton correction and a skeleton adjustment of the skull when the skeleton correction and the skeleton adjustment of the spine, the pelvis and the rib cage are performed and when the body condition is improved.
