PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image development toner that suppresses a stain of a sheet generated when a high-density image is continuously outputted at a high speed at a temperature below a freezing point, or under a low-temperature and low-humidity environment at a temperature closer to the freezing point.SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image development toner contains a binder resin that includes a copolymer in which an aromatic vinyl monomer and an aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester are at least copolymerized. A mass ratio of a component M1 of the aromatic vinyl monomer in the copolymer and a component M2 of the aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester satisfies a formula (1) below, and a mass ratio, by a headspace method, of a volatile component m1 of the aromatic vinyl monomer and a volatile component m2 of the aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester satisfies a formula (2) below.
