PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for aquatic life, a cultivation method of aquatic life, and a disease control method of aquatic life, capable of further enhancing a disease control effect to the aquatic life.SOLUTION: Provided is the composition for aquatic life, characterized in that; charcoal powders are dispersed in a pyroligneous acid or a solution thereof, and applying a composite dry matter obtained by drying the mixture to the aquatic life. The pyroligneous acid or the solution thereof which contains no wood creosote is used. With respect to 100 pts.mass of the charcoal powders, the pyroligneous acid or the solution thereof is mixed thereto by an amount of 0.0012 to 12 pts.mass in conversion to an amount of acetic acid contained in the pyroligneous acid, and the mixture of the powders and the pyroligneous acid or solution thereof is dried for obtaining the composite dry mater. Preferably, the composite dry matter is applied in a young age period of cultivation of the aquatic life. Preferably, the composite dry matter and vaccine derived from a pathogen of disease of the aquatic life are applied to the aquatic life.SELECTED DRAWING: None
