PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus capable of avoiding excessive exposure with respect to a medical staff by sufficiently managing an exposure dose with respect to the medical staff performing treatment when performing photographing by utilizing an X-ray, and further to provide an exposure management method of a patient.;SOLUTION: An X-ray image diagnostic apparatus comprises: an X-ray generation section 1 generating an X-ray irradiated to a patient; an X-ray detection section 2 detecting the X-ray transmitted through the patient; an image generation section 7 generating an X-ray image; a photograph section 12 photographing motion of a medical staff during the course of treatment; and a system control section 10 performing drive and control of a bed device B, the X-ray generation section 1, the X-ray detection section 2, the image generation section 7, the photograph section 12 and each of the other sections. The system control section 10 is provided with an exposure management section grasping a positional relation among a position of the patient recumbent on the bed device B, the X-ray generation section 1, the X-ray detection section 2, the bed device B and each of the other sections and subsequently managing an exposure dose of the medical staff performing the treatment with respect to the patient while virtually determining a position of each sections prior to actual photographing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
