PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate limits imposed on a space where devices can be mounted and the number of devices by the necessity of arranging the devices mounted on an artificial satellite structure not to interfere with a metal tank for storing the propellants of a propulsion device or a metal tank support structure.SOLUTION: As a tank 1 for storing the propellants of a propulsion device, an elastic tank having a double-layer structure made of a tank inner layer having elasticity and expanded as it is filled with the propellants and a tank outer layer covering the tank inner surface with an outside is installed in an artificial satellite structure 2.
