PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically supply an appropriate amount of ink to a plate cylinder in a rotary screen printing machine and to hold the ink amount within a standard range by measuring an ink amount in the plate cylinder without causing a malfunction.;SOLUTION: The ink stable supply mechanism in a rotary screen printing machine at least includes: supply means comprising a charging section for charging ink and a supply section having a guide for uniformly supplying the ink in a plate cylinder; pressure reduction means for supplying a preset constant amount of the air in order to measure an ink amount in the supply means by using the air; flow rate measurement means for branching the air from the pressure reduction means into two, and measuring the ink amount in the supply means by balance fluctuation of two flow rate values of the air due to increase or decrease of the ink amount in the supply means; and a control section which instructs an appropriate amount of ink supply to the supply means based on a result obtained by comparing difference between the flow rate values of the air measured by the flow rate measurement means, and difference between the preset flow rate values of the air to be a standard.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
