PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect growth of a crack with a relatively simple configuration, and a small required power while facilitating analysis.;SOLUTION: The crack sensor CS1 includes a pattern conductor PC1 formed of a foil-like conductor on a base material FB1 made of an insulator. The pattern conductor PC1 includes: a common line section C01 disposed in parallel with a main detection direction; a plurality of branch line sections B1-B10 that branch from the common line section C01 and have respective parts sequentially extended from ends of the common line section C01 at appropriate intervals in parallel with each other in the direction crossing the main detection direction; and terminal sections T01 and T1-T10 for connecting, from the outside, to the other ends of respective tips of the common line section C01 and the plurality of branch line sections B1-B10, which are substantially formed on a common plane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
