PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective resin excellent in environmental resistance and scratch resistance and curable with radiation such as UV as a protective film for a metal nanowire.SOLUTION: Provided is an urethane acrylate resin obtained by reacting an acryroyl group-isocyanato group compound into a resin (P) containing a polyurethane skeleton (A) including a carboxyl group in formula (p1) and an alkene oxide-added part (B1) coupled to the carboxyl group and a resin (P) containing a carboxyl group-containing polyurethane skeleton (A) with a specified structure and a cycloalkene oxide ring-opening- added part (B2) coupled to the carboxyl group (ndenotes an integer; Rand Rare respectively independently H, an alkyl group or a phenyl group).SELECTED DRAWING: None
