PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejected paper housing device, and an image formation device, in which, a guide surface is provided which is inclined toward a lower portion of a center part in width direction, relative to a fence surface of a side fence, and if a paper of different thickness and size along paper discharge direction is discharged, the paper is smoothly loaded on a loading part without occurrence of alignment failure, ejected paper jamming or the like.;SOLUTION: A guide surface 76a is provided which is inclined toward a lower part of a central part in width direction relative to a fence surface of a side fence 72.
