PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately realize suppression of an unusual noise in a flange portion and ensured reliability of an exhaust manifold by a simple welding process that can suppress cost and time required for welding.SOLUTION: An exhaust manifold 3 including a plurality of branch exhaust pipes 11a to 11d connected to a plurality of cylinders, respectively of an engine 1, and this exhaust manifold 3 includes: webbed flange portions 14 to 16, 24 to 26 formed integrally by fixedly welding upper and lower split bodies 4, 5 split vertically to lay the upper split body 4 on top of the lower split body 5 and formed in the upper and lower split bodies 4, 5 so as to couple the adjacent branch pipes 11 among the branch pipes 11; weld beads B12, B22 welding outer edge portions 14a to 16a, 24a to 26a of the flange portions 14 to 16, 24 to 26 facing one another in the upper and lower split bodies 4, 5; and weld beads B11, B21 located inward of the outer edges 14a to 16a, 24a to 26a of the flange portions 14 to 16, 24 to 26 and welding portions within the flange portions 14 to 16, 24 to 26, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
