PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase structure of a unit building that enables a stair landing with sufficient structural strength to be formed at an internal corner of a building unit on an upper floor, along with a building unit used with the staircase structure, and a unit building with the building unit.;SOLUTION: A floor flame of a stair landing kb (a stair landing frame kf) is formed at an internal corner part (a corner part C1) of a building unit Ua2 on an upper floor, by connecting a fore-end of a first frame member 5 fixed on an inner surface of a floor girder 3A on a long side with a fore-end of a second frame member 6 fixed on an inner surface of a floor girder 3B on a short side.
