PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical multilayer knitted fabric that is superior in absorption of blood and body fluid in the periphery of a patient's surgery area during surgery, has performance of preventing the wetting return, and in addition, has bacteria barrier properties, and is superior in durability in which these performances are hard to be decreased even if repeating washing and sterilization processing, and to provide a medical drape and a medical sheet using the same.;SOLUTION: A medical multilayer knitted fabric is provided by laminating a tricot knitted fabric on both sides of a film comprising a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin. One tricot knitted fabric has a tissue of two pieces of reed or more, and water absorption processing is applied thereon. The medical multilayer knitted fabric has a wetting return rate of 60% or less, and a water pressure resistance based on the JIS L1092 6.1B method (high water pressure resistance method) by setting an autoclave treatment at 135°C for 80 minutes and a tumble drying for 60 minutes as one cycle and after repeating ten cycles the washing based on the JIS L1096 F-2 method and after repeating this by 10 cycles is 150 kPa or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
