FEATURE SELECTION DEVICE, FEATURE SELECTION SYSTEM, FEATURE SELECTION METHOD AND FEATURE SELECTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of trials required for selection of a feature used for malware determination, and facilitate estimation of a finish period of the trial.;SOLUTION: A system creates a combination of trials of features on the basis of an orthogonal table which is used for an experimental design, with respect to a candidate group of the features extracted from information included in a file. Then, the system collates a classification result of the file for test and correct answer information indicating whether or not, each of files of inference data is malware, and thereby calculates classification (determination) accuracy by the combination of features. Then the system uses the feature used for calculation as an explanatory variable, and calculates magnitude of contribution of each candidate, using regression analysis in which the classification accuracy at the time when the feature is used is an objective variable.
