PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of outputting an image having few image defects caused by a ghost phenomenon, even not only under a normal temperature and normal humidity environment but also under a low temperature and low humidity environment which is an especially severe condition; and to provide a production method thereof, a process cartridge having an electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic device.;SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a support medium and a photosensitive layer formed on the support medium, the photosensitive layer has hydroxygallium phthalocyanine, and a solid solution with a porphyrin compound having a specific structure, and the solid solution has peaks at 7.4°±0.3° and 28.3°±0.3° in a Bragg angle 2θ in X-ray diffraction of a CuKα-ray.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
