PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of cyanide-containing waste liquid which can reduce the cost of a chemical liquid by preventing the chemical liquid from being injected into waste liquid to be treated more than necessary even when an abundance ratio of a cyanide ion to a complex cyanide in the waste water to be treated fluctuates greatly, and to provide an apparatus for treating the cyanide-containing waste liquid.;SOLUTION: In a treatment method of cyanide-containing waste liquid 12, the flow rate of the waste liquid, total cyanide concentration, and cyanide ion concentration are measured (S1, S2, S3), complex cyanide concentration is calculated from the measured total cyanide concentration and cyanide ion concentration (S4), the injection amount of a cyanide ion removing agent is calculated on the basis of the measured cyanide ion concentration and the measured flow rate of the waste liquid (S5), the calculated injection amount of the cyanide ion removing agent is injected into cyanide-containing waste liquid 12 to be treated (S7), the injection amount of a complex cyanide removing agent is calculated on the basis of the calculated complex cyanide concentration and the measured flow rate of the waste liquid (S6), and the calculated injection amount of the complex cyanide removing agent is injected into the cyanide-containing waste liquid 12 to be treated (S9).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
