PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment for properly managing property even when a subject becomes a state in which the subject cannot declare the intention, supporting the subject in a welfare aspect, and in which family and relative of the subject can feel at ease.SOLUTION: In first processing, property intention information which indicates intention related to handling of a subject's property, and daily life intention information which indicates intention related to behavior of subject's daily life, about medical care or care, are registered in an intention database. Then, an execution result of second processing which is executed based on the property intention information or daily life intention information registered in the intention database, is received from a second processing part, then, sending notification information based on the property intention information or daily life intention information, and the execution result, is executed. Then, processing related to the subject's property is executed based on the property intention information, or, processing related to the subject's daily life is executed based on the daily life intention information, then, the execution result is outputted to a first processing part, in second processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
