PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for rapidly and effectively detecting constrictions induced by electrophysiological arrhythmia and other effects of such materials as a compound and a pharmacological agent in a cardiac muscle sample of a natural cell presenting pharmacological reactions of an integrated cell base.;SOLUTION: A cell is put into an experiment chamber, preferably a flow cell, and is imaged by a camera. A picture image is recorded in a desirable sampling of 30 Hz or higher. A plurality of cells are stimulated by 1.0 Hz electric field stimulation with an electrode in a flow cell. The cells are exposed to different concentrations of test materials or different test materials and a reaction time curve of each cell region is calculated from picture recording after the exposure to the test materials.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
