PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery power generation device capable of improving a fuel consumption performance by performing efficient waste heat recovery corresponding to a traveling state, a vehicle with the waste heat recovery power generation device, and a waste heat recovery power generation method.;SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery power generation device comprises a generator capable of generating power with output of an expander provided in a waste heat recovery device for recovering waste heat energy from an internal combustion engine mounted in the vehicle. A temporary rotational speed of the generator that is calculated based on the waste heat energy estimated based on road information ahead of the vehicle is corrected based on a power generation efficiency map, thereby calculating a target rotational speed. The target rotational speed is calculated in such a manner that power generation efficiency of the generator corresponding to the target rotational speed becomes equal to or higher than power generation efficiency of the generator corresponding to the temporary rotational speed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
