PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a shift to stored balls conforming to needs of a game parlor and a game player when approving lending of a game medium at a plurality of lending rates, and approving each of the stored balls of the game medium lent at each lending rate.;SOLUTION: A stored ball management part 55a of a stored ball managing device 50 manages the number of stored balls of each game player using a stored ball management table 54a for managing a 4-yen stored ball account and a 1-yen stored ball account in association with a member card ID.
