PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device and consumer transaction facility capable of improving safety when a user pushes a lid of a dispensing slot with a finger and takes out an object.SOLUTION: The housing device includes: a housing including an opening; and an object dispensing slot for taking out an object, provided inside the housing at a position corresponding to the opening. The object dispensing slot has an object dispensing slot lid that is swingable by a finger of a user. The opening part is formed of an upper guide surface and a lower guide surface included in the housing, where the lower guide face is inclined so as to be lowered from the outside of the housing towards the inside of the housing.
