PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present repair work content corresponding to a repair environment in a repair manual creation system, creation method and creation program.;SOLUTION: A repair manual creation system 1 for creating a repair manual 4 includes: a product configuration table database 31 for storing hierarchical structures of components configuring a product and a plurality of units each of which is constituted of the above mentioned components; a repair procedure database 38 for storing a repair procedure including the hierarchical structures; a repair base information database 37 for storing repair conditions of each repair base; a condition-categorized repair procedure generation part 12 for determining a depth of an assembly/disassembly hierarchy under the condition of the presence/absence of such elements that the execution of the repair procedure is disturbed by the repair conditions of the repair base, and for generating a condition-categorized repair procedure corresponding to the repair base; and a repair manual creation part 15 for creating a condition-categorized repair manual 4 on the basis of the condition-categorized repair procedure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
