PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperative creation environment for developing products and services integrally with users and business operators through cooperative creation of the users and business operators.;SOLUTION: A server device 10 is configured to: acquire character information about an idea of a user submitted from a user terminal relative to a game of a recruitment object via a network; store the character information acquired by an idea acquisition unit and an idea corresponding to the character information associated with an ID of the user for each idea in a server memory; receive votes relative to a plurality of stored ideas; determine an idea with a large number of votes; in this instance, receive business operator's comments from game service operators; and provide the business operator's comments to the user terminal upon acquisition of the ideas and/or reception of the votes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
