PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guarantee contract processor capable of efficiently performing processing accompanying a guarantee contract, a guarantee contract processing method and a program.SOLUTION: The guarantee contract processor related to guaranteeing debts periodically generated includes: a storage part 120 for storing customer information 121 associating information on a guaranteed debt in each contract and its debtor and payment history information 122 including an amount paid by each debtor and an amount to be paid to respective debtee; a payment detection part 112 for detecting a payment from a debtor and generating a piece of payment history information; a money sending processing part 113 for sending an amount related to a debt into an account of its debtee with whom a contract is concluded; and a payment dunning information generation part 114 for generating dunning information by using information specifying a difference between an amount to be paid and a paid amount for a debt regarding which the amount paid on a debt payment date included in the customer information does not satisfy the amount to be paid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
