PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information indicating places where users are absent in places that are usable by users in facilities.;SOLUTION: An information processor includes a terminal position information acquisition unit for acquiring position information of a portable terminal, vacancy information retrieval unit for acquiring vacancy information of facilities present within a prescribed range including the position information of the portable terminal with reference to a vacancy information storage unit which stores for each facility the vacancy information indicating places with no users in places usable by the users in the facilities, and a transmission unit for transmitting the acquired vacancy information to the portable terminal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
