PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate communication quality between a base station 1 and a mobile terminal 2.;SOLUTION: A communication quality estimation method includes: a step (S1) for generating terminal statistical information including a statistic value of a throughput on each communication trial basis, measured by a plurality of mobile terminals 2; a step (S2) for generating first base station statistical information including a statistic value of a base station throughput per mobile terminal 2, on the basis of a data amount received by a base station 1 from the plurality of mobile terminals 2 during a plurality of first measurement periods and the number of mobile terminals 2 transmitting the data during the plurality of first measurement period; and a step (S3) for generating first estimation statistical information, including the statistic value of the throughput of the base station 1 on each communication trial basis in the plurality of first measurement periods, on the basis of the first base station statistical information and the terminal statistical information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
