PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release agent composition reduced in peeling force to an adhesive agent, easy to be released, excellent in re-adhesive properties and also excellent in blocking resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is a release agent composition comprising a polymer obtained by reacting a prepolymer obtained by reacting the following components (A), (B) and (C) so as to be the mass ratio of the (A)/(B) to 5/95 to 60/40 and also the mass ratio of the [(A)+(B)]/(C) to 99/1 to 90/10 with the following component D in 0.5 to 10 mass% of the prepolymer; where (A) denotes (meth)acrylic acid ester having a 16 to 28C straight chain or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group; (B) denotes (meth)acrylic acid ester having a 4 to 14C straight chain or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group; (C) denotes a component including at least either (meth)acrylic acid or (meth)acrylic acid ester and having a reactive functional group; and (D) denotes a crosslinking agent reactable with the prepolymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
