The invention discloses a kind of with superhigh intensity and ultralow elasticity modulus and shows the titanium alloy of linear elastic ones' behavior. Titanium alloy (Ti-20NB-5Zr LFE-O) of the invention is made of titanium, niobium, zirconium, iron and oxygen. More specifically, the amount of niobium is 18 to 22 AT. The content of zirconium is 3~7. %, the content of iron are 0.5~3. %, oxygen content 0.1~1 weight %, balance are titanium.
