PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a surface layer quality of a concrete structure relative to each classification.SOLUTION: Color image data obtained by photographing the surface of a concrete structure are acquired, and a content stored in storage means for storing the range of a color corresponding to a surface layer quality relative to each classification of a surface layer quality of the concrete structure is compared with a color of each pixel included in the acquired color image data, to thereby determine the surface layer quality of the concrete structure relative to each classification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
