T4 and DNA packaging one or more DNA molecules packaged into the head portion of the machine, and one or more Hoc fusion protein display on the head of T4 DNA packaging machine, T4 and one or more Soc fusion proteins displayed on the head of DNA packaging machine, as described T4 DNA packaging machine. Methods of making and using such T4 DNA packaging machines are also described.
